Apulian Investing has guided the client through every single step, especially in the search for an architect and a surveyor for the design selection, considering the client's high expectations and the goal of building a brand new summer residence in the traditional Apulian style. Through weekly reports, the client was consistently informed about all progress and it was through careful and constant supervision that the work always met the client's expectations. Also, we assisted and helped the client in resolving some issues with the authorities due to the complexity of the project.

What truly makes Casa Luna a successful project are undoubtedly the stone towers that outline the villa, providing an authentic Apulian touch that is impossible to miss. Furthermore, for all the interior and exterior flooring, the prestigious Trani stone was chosen. Noteworthy is also the barrel-vaulted ceiling of the spacious living room in tuff, which adds a unique and welcoming style to the house.
