The Strategy
The project comprised extensive and detailed renovation and refurbishment works. In order to accomplish this, Apulian Investing liaised with geometra, builder, carpenter, electrician and garden designer. We assisted the client in selecting suppliers, evaluating their respective quotes. Subsequently, we closely monitored the construction site, providing weekly updates on the progress of ongoing work to client. Additionally, the client sought our support to find local suppliers for purchasing lights, tiles and bathroom accessories in line with the new style of the house.

Masseria ai Pini is now a remarkable property thanks to the 13x4 meter swimming pool and the extensive green spaces enhanced with artisanal local flagstone pavements, where 2 relax areas with gazebos and a barbecue area have been created, all surrounded by a very rich selection of local plants, chosen to keep the biodiversity of the place intact and to give guests a green oasis where they can relax and recharge in a amazing surroundings. The interior design has transformed what was a simple countryside summer residence into a modern, functional and stylish home, making it a hidden gem nestled among the surrounding olive groves in one of the most sought after touristic destinations in Salento.
