For this highly unique project, Apulian Investing provided fixed-price quotes to the client. Our project manager and Valari's team of architects collaborated from the very beginning to ensure that every single detail aligned with the creative vision and that the apartments were completed according to the deadline. Overall, the project was complex because, in addition to the several interior design details, there was a transformation and change of use for many original elements. All of this was carried out in compliance with current regulations and efforts were made to reclaim all available spaces.

Highlights
The project is rich in details that make it truly unique: a spa has been installed in what used to be an ancient cistern. The three independent apartments feature a contemporary style, meticulous attention to details and cleverly optimized spaces, each with its own distinctive personality. The common thread throughout is the high quality of materials used and the 'Apulian cementine,' handmade colourful tiles that lend a truly authentic touch. Everything has been tailor-made to maximize and utilize the spaces, including the custom-made furniture.
